It’s confirmed! Shahid to unite with Imtiaz Ali again

‘Jab We Met’, directed by Imtiaz Ali, is not only one of the most popular films Shahid Kapoor has acted in, but is a movie that hasn’t lost its charm even after a decade. Many of us secretly wished the actor-director duo to team up again, albeit that never happened.

Better late than never. After all these years, the maverick filmmaker has decided churt a story and film it with Shahid, once again.

“We are going to do something soon together and I am really excited. I think Imtiaz is a phenomenally talented filmmaker. We made a film together towards the beginning of both our careers and its something people still talk about,” Shahid said last night, at the Zee Cine Awards. “Jab We Met is very special and to work with the guy, who gave me Aditya Kashyap (the name of his character in the film) and whose work I have loved over the years, will be amazing,” he added.
