Despite being in its second week, the craze for Akshay Kumar‘s ‘Jolly LL.B 2’ refuses to calm down. It is having a good run at the box office, even though it has competition from three films that made it to the theatres this Friday.
As per the statistics, ‘Jolly LL.B 2’ minted Rs 5.50 crore at the box office on its second Saturday, which is quite good. The numbers are way better than what the other films like ‘The Ghazi Attack’, ‘Running Shaadi’ and ‘Irada’ have collected.
With this, the total collection of ‘Jolly LL.B 2’ stands at Rs 81.98 crore. In two weeks, the film has fared well at the box office, but still, we wonder whether it will make it to Rs 100 crore club or not.
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, ‘Jolly LL.B 2’ is the sequel of the courtroom-drama ‘Jolly LLB’ that had Arshad Warsi in the lead role. This time it was Akshay Kumar who stepped into the shoes of a lawyer to fight against injustice. Huma Qureshi gave him company by playing the female lead in the film.
