Woah! Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ races ahead of Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ in UK

Well…well…well. Looks like Miyanbhai’s daring has impressed one and all. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ that made it to the theatres on January 25, 2017 is having a fabulous run in the theatres not only in India, but also overseas. We came across the statistics of ‘Raees’ in countries like UK and Canada and we realised that the film has managed to beat Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’, which was supposedly the highest grosser film till date.

As per reports, ‘Raees’ has accumulated £126,000 in UK on its first day, while ‘Dangal’ had accumulated £121,000 on day 1. The impressions are remarkable as ‘Dangal’ was launched across 152 sites whereas ‘Raees’ opened only on 90 sites. Despite having lesser sites, ‘Raees’ managed to beat ‘Dangal’.

Talking about Canada, once again ‘Raees’ is racing ahead of ‘Dangal’. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer minted $375,000 approximately whereas Aamir Khan starrer had garnered $328,227.

Well Shah Rukh Khan and his charm, can anyone beat that!
