Mubarakan

Recently, a terror attack took place in London, leaving everyone in a state shock. Few people lost their lives while some were left injured after a terrorist ran his car over on a few people and then barged into the British Parliament with two knives. Post this attack, the makers of ‘Mubarakan‘ have decided to beef up the security on the sets.

As per a report on Mid-Day.com, the security near the sets of ‘Mubarakan’ has been increased following this incident. The star cast of the film, Arjun Rampal, Athiya Shetty, Ileana D’Cruz and Anil Kapoor, were present in London when the attack took place. So over this, Athiya Shetty said, “Thankfully, everyone is safe. A lot of places in the city have been cordoned off but we weren’t affected by it. We were lucky, but obviously, one can’t help wonder what the world is coming to. It is utterly sad. On set, though, everything is under control.”

She further went on to add, “We weren’t aware of the attack initially because we were shooting far away from the attack area. But when something like this happens, everyone becomes more careful. Security will certainly be increased for us and across the city as well.”
