Woah! Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ to get more screens due to the great response

Rakesh Roshan’s ‘Kaabil‘ is ruling the hearts of millions of moviegoers and doing great business at the box office. In spite of having stiff competition from Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Raees’ that also released on the same date, the makers of the Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam-starrer ‘Kaabil’ are delighted with the amazing response at the box office. The movie, which had a disadvantage in the form of 40% screens is now all set to get more number of screens, thanks to the great response it has garnered. The producer of the movie, Rakesh Roshan shared this amazing news with a tweet that read as:

As the tweet suggests, the exhibitors have decided to increase the screen count and add 200+ cinemas in the second week. That’s indeed an awesome piece of news.

One cannot forget how deeply disappointed Rakesh Roshan was on not getting screens equal in number to SRK-starrer ‘Raees’. He had expressed his displeasure with a leading web portal by saying, “It’s very unfortunate. I got up in the morning I saw in the papers. It’s 45-55 now. I don’t know for sure. It is not correct. I am very shocked.”

Now, the producer is finally elated as his movie will get more screens. ‘Kaabil’ is directed by Sanjay Gupta and stars Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam in lead roles.
