Actress Deepika Padukone recently completed 10 years in Bollywood as her debut movie ‘Om Shanti Om’ had released on November 9, 2007. In spite of attaining massive success in the past 10 years, the actress is still very down to earth and her fans would surely vouch for this fact. So, as she completed 10 years in film industry, a fan of the actress turned up with a yummy cake at Mehboob Studio and surprised her.
