Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan to star in ‘Life In A Metro’ sequel?

Remember Anurag Basu‘s comedy-drama-romance flick ‘Life In A Metro’, where six different stories dealing with various issues unfolded in a Metro city? Well of course you do, after all, how can one forget this critically acclaimed film?

So if you loved that film then naturally the thought of having its sequel must have crossed your mind at least once. Well, then we have some good news for you, as reportedly filmmaker Anurag Basu is planning to revive the film by making its sequel. And wait a minute, this is not the only good news we have for you, as apparently, the sequel will star drop-dead gorgeous actress Kareena Kapoor Khan! Yes, you read that right.

According to a report in DNA, Anurag Basu is almost ready with the script of the sequel and is planning to produce the film under his own banner. A source close to the development told the daily, “Kareena Kapoor Khan will reportedly feature in one of the stories and Arjun Kapoor will also be a part of one of the other plots. Their tracks are not connected is what we hear.”

We all loved Kareena and Arjun’s pairing in R Balki’s ‘Ki and Ka’, now even if Kareena and Arjun won’t be starring opposite each other in ‘Life In A Metro’ sequel, at least they will be seen in the same film.

Also, it would be interesting to know, who all will be roped in for this sequel or if Anurag will retain some of the actors from the film’s previous part. How we wish that Irrfan Khan, Kangana Ranaut and Konkona Sen Sharma reprise their role. Wouldn’t you guys love the same?

However, with no official announcement made yet about this sequel, now all we can do is wait and watch.
