“Disha’s audition was like a ‘kachcha limbu”: Bhumi on Disha Patani’s first acting audition

The sixth edition of ‘Koffee with Karan’ has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. However, the show goes on and audience continue to love it. The latest episode of ‘Koffee With Karan 6′ saw Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar. During the episode, the duo also revealed many secrets and spilled some beans on their co-actors.

From Rajkummar revealing that he would want to date Deepika Padukone if she was single to Bhumi revealing that she would like to steal Anushka Sharma‘s hubby Virat Kohli, the two were at their best and made sure to keep it candid. Also, Bhumi Pednekar’s massive transformation was spoken about  on the show and the ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha‘ actress revealed how she would audition celebs as a casting director prior to her acting stint.

The show became more interesting during rapid fire round, when Karan asked Bhumi if she would like to date anyone’s husband or boyfriend hypothetically. The actress immediately answered that it would be Priyanka Chopra’s husband Nick Jonas. “We’ve grown up listening to his songs. He is such a sensation. I think he is very cute,” she added.

Karan also asked Bhumi that whether she had auditioned any people who are actors today. Bhumi promptly replied yes and among many names she mentioned Rajkummar Rao, Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Kriti Sanon, Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh. Taking the conversation ahead, Bhumi said, “Disha’s audition was like a ‘kachcha limbu.” She was referring to the fact that she was not fully ready at that time.

In the end, the actress revealed that she even applauded Parineeti Chopra when she was auditioning for ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’.
