‘Laal Singh Chaddha’: Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor to travel abroad to complete remaining shoot?

The entertainment industry had been bought to a halt after the nationwide lockdown had been imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Naturally, filming for the Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ had also been stopped. But now that the un-lockdown has begun Aamir and Kareena are said to be travelling abroad to complete their shoot.

According to a report by Times of India, a source revealed, “Advait Chandan (director) and Aamir waited it out for quite some time, but it’s more than four months now since Coronavirus invaded and the number of cases is still spiking. How long can you go on waiting for a big canvas film like ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’? So, they have planned for Georgia and Turkey.”

So far 30[35% of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is yet to be filmed. Both Turkey and Georgia seemed to have a controlled situation amidst Covid-19.

The source further revealed, “It now remains to be seen when the final wrap up will be possible. The movie is working out very well and keeping the flow in mind, it is imperative that the balance part is rolled out ASAP.”
