Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn to make cameo appearances in Akshay Kumar starrer?

A few days ago, we got an exclusive news for you of Akshay Kumar teaming up with Rohit Shetty for a project that will be another cop drama. Now, recent reports suggest that Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn will be doing a cameo in the upcoming film. Yes! You heard it right.

Rohit Shetty’s next cop drama is titled ‘Sooryavanshi’. Bollywood Hungama quoted a source saying, “The film will see Akshay Kumar playing the role of an ATS cop and is slated to go on floors in April next year with a release being slated for the last week of December. As of now, the rest of the cast is yet to be locked.”

Talking about Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn making special appearances in the film, the source further said, “In ‘Simmba’, Ajay Devgn made a special appearance in his Bajirao Singham avatar, while Ranveer Singh too played a cop. Now in ‘Sooryavanshi’, both Ranveer and Ajay will be making an appearance and it will not be surprising if they reprise their respective roles from ‘Simmba’ and ‘Singham’.”

Ajay had a cameo in the recent release ‘Simmba’. It would be great to see three leading men of the industry under one roof and that too in a cop drama. We are now waiting for the official announcement from the makers.

Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ has got a positive response at the box office. It has collected Rs 20.72 crore on its opening day.
