REVEALED! The real story behind Alia and Sidharth’s break-up!

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra were together, till a couple of months back. As per industry sources, they were going strong. Now, following few reports that speculated that their fairytale relationship is over, Sid announced he’s single on a podcast show. That was it! The news came from the horse’s mouth and we were assured.

We found out a lot of interesting details from our well placed industry sources. One of them tells us, “Sid and Alia have always had issues. They had a blow hot blow cold relationship, going on and off every now and then. Trouble started last year when both of them weren’t sure of the nature of their relationship and if they will be able to continue with it. They kept fighting at silly things and not talk for days. They took a break in between too last year but got back stronger. For a few months, things were really great, but things soon fell back to what it was earlier and trouble hit their paradise again.”

This time, however, the two didn’t waste much more precious time, and called off their relationship. Another source close to both the actors tells us, “Alia had a scene with a much older actor in between but when Sid got to know, he didn’t react much. Now, she and Ranbir are definitely having a thing. They soon begin shooting for ‘Dragon’ and in the guise of meetings, and workshops, the two are trying to spend quality time with each other. They are always in touch over the phone. On the other hand, people are speculating about Sid and Jackie who are nothing more than just good friends. Last week, they were spotted together again, after ‘A Gentleman’ tanked. “That was Jackie’s party for her co-star and directors. Also, Sid has been offered another film opposite Jackie – ‘Race 3’. They spoke about that too.”

But what’s cooking between Alia and Ranbir? A well placed source tells us, “Although nothing is serious now, it will definitely get there once they begin shooting for ‘Dragon’ later this month. There’s some kind of chemistry going on off screen for sure.”
