Whoa! Saif Ali Khan and Sara to work in a film together?

Even before making her debut in Bollywood, Saif Ali Khan and Amita Singh’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan has already signed her second film. Now, there’s more update on her Bollywood career. If reports are to be believed, Sara has already signed her third film and the good news is that it is going to be with her dad, Saif Ali Khan.

A report on DNA states that the actress may soon sign her third film all thank to her dad, Saif. According to the report, Saif has been in talks with ‘Filmistaan’ director, Nitin Kakkar for a film. The movie will be a slice-of-life relationship drama and will be based around a father and daughter.

A source told DNA, “It’s a comical, but poignant take on the friendship and the equation that exists between a baap and his beti. But it will have a message, too.”

“Nitin has also approached Sara Ali Khan for the role of the daughter. This will probably be Saif and Sara’s first film together. Both of them have liked the story and have verbally given their nod. Now, the modalities and the dates need to be sorted out. Sara and Saif were Nitin’s first choices and the makers thought it would make for an interesting casting coup,” the source added.

Sara is making her debut with ‘Kedarnath’ which also stars Sushant Singh Rajput. The film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor and will release on November 28, 2018. Her second film, ‘Simmba’ is directed by Rohit Shetty and also stars Ranveer Singh in the lead. The film will release on December 28, 2018.
