Sajid Khan to be replaced by THIS person as ‘Housefull 4’ director?

These days in Bollywood, every person who has been accused of sexual misconduct or harassment has been feeling the pinch of #MeToo effect. Every day new names have been making to the list of harassers. Skeletons are tumbling out of closets and it looks like no one will be spared.

Sajid Khan who was accused by more than 3-4 women of sexual misconduct, was sacked as director of the upcoming comedy film ‘Housefull 4’ that stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon among others. Announcing that he won’t be working with any proven offenders, Akshay took to Twitter and wrote, “I’ve requested the producers of ‘Housefull 4’ to cancel the shoot until further investigation”

Everyone was wondering who will take over the film as a director since the shooting of the film is yet to be completed. Now as per a report in BollywoodLife, it is being said that Farhad Samji of Sajid-Farhad fame, will now step into Sajid Khan’s place. Sajid-Farhad have previously directed ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Housefull 3’.

Some reports are even suggesting that Sajid Nadiadwala, who is producing the film might take up the charge of the film as a director since a lot of money is riding on the film. Talking about the possibility of Nadiadwala taking up the project as a director, a source close to the production house told Mid-Day, “The film is scheduled to release during Diwali next year. But since the film is heavy on VFX, it is imperative that the shoot will be wrapped up by January, leaving the team enough time for post-production work. Also, being a multi-starrer project, it will be difficult to get bulk dates from the actors later, should they decide on postponing the film. The team has decided to meet in the coming week and discuss if Nadiadwala can take over the project.”

Now it has to be seen whether Sajid Nadiadwala or Farhad Samji will take charge of ‘Housefull 4’. Until an official announcement is made, you guys stay tuned.
