‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’: Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya to have cameos in R. Madhavan starrer?

R. Madhavan is playing the character of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) scientist Nambi Narayanan in his directorial debut ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’. The actor has gone through a painful process to get the perfect look of the scientist and this has been admitted by the actor himself.

This year in January, taking to his Instagram handle, Madhavan posted a picture in which he was seen alongside 75-year old scientist Nambi Narayanan and both looked similar.

As per a report in India Today, Shah Rukh Khan and Tamil actor Suriya have cameos in ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’. While Shah Rukh will have a special appearance in the Hindi version, Suriya will have the same role in the Tamil version of the movie.

Madhavan and SRK share a good camaraderie. If the news happens to be true, then we will be glad to see Maddy and Shah Rukh sharing the same screen.

Earlier, Ananth Madhavan was supposed to co-direct the movie with Madhavan but later Maddy decided to take the director seat. In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, he said, “This film has been with us for three-and-a-half years and the prep took longer than we imagined. We couldn’t delay it further and had to roll with it. Since Ananthji’s prior commitments could not be postponed, he had to roll with it.”

Produced by Tricolour Films in association with Vijay Moolan Talkies and Saffron Ganesha Entertainment, the movie will be released in Tamil, English, and Hindi this summer.
