Faceoff: Shilpa or Mira, who looked pretty in a Manish Malhotra saree?

Sometimes its a very common funda in Bollywood that a particular ensemble worn by an actress long back is in some or the other way repeated/copied by another. And while Shahid Kapoor’s wifey Mira Rajput was a total stunner when she attended a wedding recently draped in a gorgeous saree, we think that the the same patterned saree was worn by another actress long back.

So the scoop is, when we saw Mira in that beautiful six-yard, we instantly got transported to the time when actress Shilpa Shetty wore a similar saree long back at a Diwali bash. While the fitness freak, Shilpa Shetty’s saree shade looked more on the ruby red side, Mira on the other hand opted for a midnight blue coloured saree. Further a glittery blouse, dainty earrings and hair swept on one side is how Shahid’s wife Mira Rajput rounded off her look. And now talking about Shilpa’s look, she opted for a fringe themed glittery blouse, silver earrings, huge sexy hand-clutch and a lip pout matching the tone of her saree. (Also Read:WHATTT! Verdict…
On a much frank note, both the B-town babes really looked amazing in that Manish Malhotra silk saree. But if we have to choose one out of the two, it ought to be the actress with a hot bod, Shilpa Shetty. The reason behind this is that we think the colour of Shilpa’s saree was more popping and better compared to Mira’s. Also the addition of that clutch made us like the overall look of Shilpa more. So sorry Mrs Kapoor, guess you need to buck up with your style game the next time.
