The royal Rajasthani bride
Dia donned a sheer off-white and golden dupatta that she wore around her head with her exquisite printed lehenga that had intricate embroidery and a maroon, full-sleeve, velvet blouse. The set of ethnic jewellery really took the bridal look a notch higher. She wore a traditional Rajasthani bora (maang tika), multi-layered polki necklace, delicate nath and a red bindi that accentuated her royal avatar. Deep red lips, well-defined eyebrows, and kohl-rimmed eyes completed her look.
That resplendent lehenga
A closer look at the lehenga and you’ll realise that it has an eclectic mix of rich colours along with floral motifs. Anju Modi took cues from the architectural and artistic influences of the craft of Meenakari that includes detailed brushwork and handmade colours from minerals, vegetables, indigo, and embellished with precious stones, pure gold, and silver. Now that’s Indian craftsmanship at its best.
Bridal finery
Look at that translucent skin and adaa. We think the outfit looks better because Dia's wearing it.
There’s something intriguing about her
The beauty of the dress totally glorified the event and Dia, with all her gorgeousness, stole the show like a diva.
Who could be a better choice for portraying the Rajputana bride ‘Radha’? On Day 4 of India Couture Week, the ever beautiful Dia Mirza sashayed down the “environment-friendly” ramp (yeah, check out the backdrop) as the celebrity showstopper for designer Anju Modi in a traditional handcrafted outfit, which is a part of the ‘Sunehri Kothi’ (Golden chalet) collection. The “Bajirao Mastani” designer opted for a scintillating combination of green and maroon for her lehenga in organza material.

Just look how ethereal she looks. Age, lines, she is surely defying all of that to emerge as the most gorgeous diva ever. We are in love!
