Alia Bhatt
Wearing a pretty designer number from Raw Mango in the shade pastel, Alia Bhatt looked pretty as usual. Further, talking about her overall getup we think that the potli bag and those green danglers were a perfect bet which went well with her traditional wear. Style score- 4/5
Arjun Kapoor
Okay let’s talk about this straight; we think Arjun would have done a better job with regards to his ethnic attire. As his high-low hemline kurta is good but not that great. In short, the star looked okay-ish. Style score- 2.5/5
Bhumi Pednekar
So yes the colour of the outfit selected by Bhomi is different. But trust us her outfit isn’t flattering at all. Also, we feel that Bhumi was a bit uncomfortable in the ensemble and the reason maybe is her floor tasting dupatta and dress. Style score- 2/5
Sanjay Dutt with wife Maanayata Dutt
Again a couple twinning in black seems like the celebs want to play safe and so are opting for Black. Nevertheless, Sanjay Dutt and wifey looked perfect together. Style score- 2.5/5
Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani
Seems like black was the colour for the Diwali party as many stars were seen in that shade. And here too we see Esha Deol twinning with husband in the same shade. Adorable! Style score- 3/5
Sonam Kapoor and Karan Johar
Twinning in a silvery-white outfit, Karan Johar and Sonam Kapoor looked magical in their Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ensemble. From Sonam’s high-neck off-shoulder blouse to Karan’s coat with detailed work, we just can’t take our eyes off these stars. P.S, Sonam’s maang tikka is to die for Style score- 4/5
Kriti Sanon
The ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ star, Kriti Sanon was spotted at Ekta Kapoor’s bash wearing a Manish Malhotra lehenga-blouse combo. Without any doubt the design of the outfit was glorious, but we think that the blouse with the feathery element was a complete NAH! Style score- 3/5
Sara Ali Khan
The eternal and every girls favourite colour Black, was the shade Sara chose to wear at the festive bash. Her anarkali dress with abhla/sisha work was so beautiful that we are sure to take cue from it soon. Attention to details, we cannot miss Sara’s manicure, look look! Style score- 3.5/5
Sidharth Malhotra
We guess out of all the Bollywood actors at the party, Sidharth’s attire was in sync with the occasion. Wearing a red kurta which he teamed up with dhoti pants and those dark brown coloured boots, the young lad looked like a BOMB at the bash. *Drooling* Style score- 4.5/5
Sonakshi Sinha
The ‘Akira’ actress was a vision in white at Ekta Kapoor’s party. Sonakshi pulled off a floral embroidery attire with a front slit and looked absolutely stunning. Also, this is the kind of an attire which anyone would love to have in their wardrobe. Style score- 4/5
Sooraj Pancholi
Sooraj opted for an all-black traditional ensemble, which we guess was not at all bad. We also liked the part that he added a black-golden dupatta to kind of break the monotony of the dark shade. Style score- 3/5
Sophie Choudry
From the house of Manish Malhotra, Sophie wore a lehenga-choli which had floral pattern all over it. While we think that the actress carried the ensemble with a lot of panache, we really think that too much of print actually killed the aura of the outfit. And so it’s a thumb down from us, better luck next time babe! Style score- 2/5
Sushant Singh Rajput
Why was Sushant dressed in a formal kind of an attire at the Diwali bash? While it’s fine to flash formals at a Diwali party but we guess it would have been great if he would have gone for something traditional. P.S, Sushant’s formal wear with that weirdly hanging tie has failed to impress us! Style score- 2/5
Ekta Kapoor
Not a fashionista in making, but an ace director, Eka Kapoor at her own bash opted for a glittery pastel lehenga-choli outfit where she looked pretty and simple. Nice! Style score- 3/5
Seems like Diwali has officially begun for the Bollywood celebs. After Arpita Khan and Ramesh Taurani’s star-studded festive party, it’s television queen Ekta Kapoor who threw a grand Deepawali bash for her filmy and small screen buddies. And oh boy, the night had who’s who in attendance dressed at their stylish best. (Also Read: Kalki Koechlin’s pocket dress is the next BIG thing in fashion)
