Rani Mukerji’s quirky bag and Valentino flats aren’t going to drill a hole in your pocket

Rani Mukerji seems to have gone through a sudden transformation post-pregnancy, all thanks to her drastic weight loss and her visible efforts to dress well. Her wardrobe has been lately smeared with breezy and wearable outfits but somehow always with a heavy price tag. After all, she’s Mrs Chopra, right? But when we came across the pictures from her recent promotional outing for her upcoming movie ‘Hichki’, we couldn’t help but admire the minimalistic charm and go berserk over her inexpensive (well, almost) fashion choices. She was seen donning an overly simple black tee with blue lace-up denims that were all about the casual chic vibe.

However, we do wish she wore something fancier, probably just a top with an animated print or a cool slogan as it would have worked a lot better. The t-shirt was too casual and a little bit of snap to it would have amped up the style quotient.

Nevertheless, her cute Anne-Claire Petite crochet camera bag more than made up for the simplicity of the ensemble. Again, we’re tempted to say that Rani has been picking up a lot of pieces from a kiddie wardrobe (like this bag), but we have nothing to complain about as far as she looks like this; confident, gorgeous, coupled with that sweet smile of hers. She teamed up the denim avatar with elegant Valentino studded flats in black that complemented the outfit well.
