Yes we do agree that pantsuits are in, but not a full-fledged bell-sleeves one. Also further it would have been a treat to our eyes if the bell thingy would be limited to the sleeves. But it also seems to be down, near the pants area. Not acceptable, a big fashion blunder.

Looks like the stylist had a limited stock of cloth and so he created THOSE pants.
