Sonam manages to ruin the jaw-dropping expensive Gucci look; here’s how

If you’ve been a loyal member of #SquadSonamKapoor, your style queen is back. But this time, she’s managed to undo her ‘fashionista’ tag and prove us wrong, totally!

The diva’s darling sister Rhea recently uploaded these pictures and deemed the look perfect for the hashtag, “Sonam Kapoor X Gucci.” Of course, Sonam spent a whopping Rs 295000 on this dress, so it had to be captured by the lenses, right?

This snug avatar was chosen by Sonam for a MAMI event in Mumbai a couple of days ago. The monster embellished number from Gucci’s Pre Fall 2017 collection was paired with red ankle strap sandals and a droolworthy Gucci bag. So, what exactly came as a big clout to her fashion sense? Did you notice that pink and black bow as big as Spring’s full bloom, giant water lilies? Going by the size, you could spot it even if you were blind. Yeah, we guess that the lady finds anything resembling minimalism LOL-inducing! So, she threw in this floral black choker that looked like it was trying to strangle her, quite literally. Why would anyone do that to a gorgeous dress that already has bow detailing at the waist?

Sonam chose to not ditch that floral collar from the runway-inspired look and it certainly backfired. But may be that’s what we admire about Sonam – that she always owns her blunders like a boss.
