Salman Khan funds kidney transplant operation of co-star’s brother

Superstar Salman Khan has done it once again. Sallu was recently seen playing the role of a Barber for Colors show ‘Mission Sapne ‘, a charitable show  where celebrities will do some work for a day and give the earnings to the concerned person in multiples of what they have earned. Now The Dabangg Khan has given Rs. 5 lakh to co-actor Santosh Shukla’s 34-year-old brother Ashutosh, who underwent a kidney transplant operation in Delhi last week.

As per sources, Santosh confirmed this news and said, “Bhai got to know about my dilemma during the shoot from someone. He spoke to me and asked me to focus on my work. Without me requesting him, he offered to donate Rs. 5 lakhs for my brother’s operation. He called up my mother to check on her. He also appreciated my Bhabhi for her brave gesture of donating her kidney to her husband (my brother). The operation went well. Ashutosh has not been discharged as yet but after he gets better, I would want him to meet Salman Bhai. We can’t thank him enough.”

Sallu will also be producing a film only for charity soon.
