#8YearsOfRNBDJ: Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma get nostalgic

Director Aditya Chopra’s directorial venture ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, carrying the tag line ‘An extraordinary love story of two ordinary people’, has completed eight years of its release today. The movie featured Shah Rukh Khan with actress Anushka Sharma who had made her debut in Bollywood with this movie. Today, as the movie clocks 8 years, both Shah Rukh and Anushka got nostalgic and remembered the days spent while shooting the movie.

Shah Rukh Khan took to his Twitter to share a collage which saw the Gol Gappa competition sequence between him and Anushka, captioning it, “Memories RNBDJ. Adi @AnushkaSharma @VMVMVMVMVM all the lovely ladies & the crew but the Golgappas I cannot forget!.” [sic]

Following this, Anushka replied to his tweet saying, “Thank you for the memories and being the best co star ⭐️ ??❤️.” [sic]

After ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, this magical onscreen pair of SRK and Anushka was back on big screens in late director Yash Chopra’s last venture ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. And now they are ready to team for the third time, for director Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming tentatively titled ‘The Ring’.

Phew, eight years. Time has just flown by, hasn’t it?
