From ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Mera Ghar’ to ‘Hungama’, ‘Hulchul’, and ‘Garam Masala’, Priyadarshan has made a significant number of comic, entertaining films. The 2003 flick ‘Hungama’, which starred Akshaye Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani and Rimi Sen in leads, is now likely to have a sequel!

If the latest buzz is anything to go by, then the director is giving serious thoughts to it. We further hear, Ayushmann Khurrana might be a part of the project as well. Disha Patani is likely to be brought on board to reprise Rimi Sen’s role.
The original film also starred Shoma Anand and Paresh Rawal. However, we do not yet know who all are to get into the two veteran actors’ shoes.
Ayushmann and Disha would surely look interesting together, won’t they? At present, the former awaits release of romantic drama ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ while Disha will be seen in the Indo-Chinese production ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ alongside Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood.
