Coronavirus crisis: Aahana Kumra is worried sick about her parents as her building gets sealed

The Coronavirus pandemic has brought the world to a standstill. A 21-day lockdown was imposed in the nation, but that too was extended today. While the lockdown has been imposed nationwide, some places are also being sealed as a precautionary measure. Aahana Kumra’s building was also sealed after a resident tested positive for Coronavirus. The actress is now worried about her parents.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sealed the building where Kumra resides in Andheri West, Mumbai after a doctor in her building tested positive for the deadly virus.

According to a report in SpotboyE, Aahana confirmed the news saying, “Yes, it’s true. I’m currently living with my sister, my brother-in-law and my nephew. I couldn’t go back home due to the lockdown. In about 2 days post the lockdown, I got a call from my father saying that a doctor from our building had tested positive. He had apparently seen 3 patients who had come down from Saudi. He has a family of 11 and the entire building has been sealed after that.”

Aahana Kumra was at her sister’s residence in Ghatkopar, when the lockdown was announced and she could not return to her home ever since.

The actress revealed that she is scared for her parents as they haven’t stepped out of the house in days and their medical condition is a big concern for her. “It’s been over 13 days that my parents have been inside the house. We have house help so there’s somebody cooking every day for them. It of course, scares me because we don’t have balconies, so suffocation is another huge problem. Also, my father is diabetic, so I’m a little more concerned about his health. We stay in touch through videos calls. As soon as the situation improves, I will have to go back home,” she shared.

Well, we hope that Aahana returns to her home at the earliest after the situation improves.
