Big ANNOUNCEMENT: Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol reunite with Rajkumar Santoshi for Lahore 1947, Read deets

Actor Aamir Khan has announced his next venture with Sunny Deol. Aamir’s production house took to their Instagram account and released an official announcement about the collaboration. After the success of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol will be headlining Lahore 1947 which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Whereas Aamir Khan will be producing the movie. Expressing his happiness, Aamir said that the journey would be the most enriching one.

The official statement read, “I and the entire team at AKP are most excited and happy to announce our next starring Sunny Deol, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, titled Lahore, 1947. We look forward to collaborating with the immensely talented Sunny and one of my favourite directors Raj Santoshi. The journey we have embarked on promises to be most enriching. We seek your blessings.“

Some time back, the director even spoke about the collaboration with Times Now. “Aamir Khan productions’ PR are planning to reveal the details of the film properly today afternoon. They have requested all the people who are attached with the project not to disclose anything till then. We surely need your best wishes for our project,” he said to the portal.

Aamir Khan is reuniting with Rajkumar Santoshi after working with him in Andaz Apna Apna. In fact, this is the reunion of Rajkumar and Sunny Deol as well. They have worked before in Ghayal and Damini which were blockbusters. Well, it looks like another blockbuster is on its way as Sunny and Rajkumar Santoshi are teaming up for Lahore 1947.
