Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has expanded his real estate portfolio by acquiring a luxury property in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hills. The actor purchased an apartment in a high-end building for over ₹9 crore. According to property registration documents accessed and analysed by SquareYards.com, the property was bought for Rs. 9.75 crore.

Aamir’s new property is ready to move in and measures approximately 1,027 square feet (carpet area). The transfer deed, finalised on June 25, incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

The apartment is located in Bella Vista Apartments, an upscale residential building in the affluent Pali Hills area, known for its tranquil environment and verdant landscapes. Pali Hills is considered one of Mumbai’s most prestigious and sought-after residential areas.

In addition to his new apartment, Aamir already owns several properties in Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments in Pali Hills. Notably, both Bella Vista and Marina Apartments are slated for redevelopment.

Other properties of Aamir Khan

Aamir also owns a massive sea-facing 5,000-square-foot home in Bandra, spread across two floors. The interiors of this sprawling apartment are minimalist, with a large open area for hosting parties and get-togethers.

In 2013, Aamir purchased a farmhouse worth ₹7 crore in Panchgani, which spreads across 2 acres. The actor has also invested heavily in commercial properties. Several reports claim he owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, in Uttar Pradesh.

Aamir on professional front

Professionally, Aamir’s last starring role was in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, which was a massive failure at the box office. However, his latest produced film, ‘Laapata Ladies’, received a positive response. On the acting front, he is busy with ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, which is expected to be released around Christmas this year.
