Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is all set for the wedding with her long-time boyfriend and fiance Nupur Shikhare. She is geared to get married on the 3rd of January next year. As the wedding date is coming closer, the wedding festivities have already begun. Ira Khan’s friend Mithila Palkar dropped some sweet glimpses from the Maharashtrian Kelvan ceremony and they cannot be missed!

The glimpse features a video where the family and close friends of the couple were seen relishing Maharashtrian cuisine. The video also featured Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kira Rao and son Azad.

For the unversed, Ira Khan got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Nupur Shikhare last year on November 18. The engagement was an intimate affair and was held in the presence of their friends and family. Now, Ira Khan is set to get married to Nupur Shikhare on 3rd January next year. Aamir Khan had himself revealed the date to the media. He had said that the wedding will be an overwhelming moment for him. For the uninitiated, Ira Khan is the daughter of Aamir and his first wife, Reena Dutta.

Speaking of which, Aamir had said, “Main toh bada emotional hota hoon bhai. Uss din main bahut rone waala hoon yeh toh tay hai. Discussions have already begun in the family that ‘Aamir ko sambhaalna uss din (take care of Aamir that day), because I am very emotional. I can’t control my smile nor my tears.“
