The Big Clash: Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha to lock horns with Yash starrer KGF 2 but there’s a catch

Today, on Saturday, actors Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan announced the new release date of their much-awaited film, Laal Singh Chaddha. After pushing the dates twice, the makers have now zeroed down on a date, hence, the film will now meet you guys in the theatres on April 14, 2022. As fans are rejoicing, it has become a matter of concern for the trader analysts. Why so? Because Laal Singh Chaddha will face a big clash and it seemed like it cannot be averted. 

With their new release date announcement, Aamir-Kareena starrer will lock horns with Yash’s mammoth KGF 2 which has also occupied the same day. The drama doesn’t end here, there’s a mega catch in the clash. Well, it will not going to be a two movies clash but it will be a three movies clash. That’s right. Way back in February, Prabhas had announced that his film Salaar will be hitting the big screens on April 14, 2022. Having said that, three biggies — Laal Singh Chaddha, Salaar and KGF 2 will be releasing on the same day which is April 14, 2022.

Uff! The box office will be going wild with three mega films clashing on the big screens. It would be interesting to see their day 1 collections as fans will be divided into three parts.

Talking about Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer, Laal Singh Chaddha is the official remake of Forest Gump which starred Tom Hanks. KGF 2 aka Kolar Gold Field is the sequel that turned out to be the biggest blockbuster. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt as Adheera and Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen.

Coming to Salaar, Prabhas is collaborating with KGF writer, Prashanth Neel for the first time. The film will also feature Shruti Haasan.
