Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit starrer ‘Dil’ sequel in the making

In our film industry, we see the filmmakers following certain trends like currently everyone is churning out a biopic. Then we have remakes and sequels. And if the latest buzz is anything to go by then very soon we might get to see the remake of Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit starrer ‘Dil’.

Director Indra Kumar has confirmed finalizing a script for the sequel. However, he is yet to find his lead actors. Indra told DNA, “I had been planning to make the sequel to Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit-starrer ‘Dil’ for some time now. We have cracked a script and called it ‘Dil Again’.”

We wonder why isn’t the director planning to ask the original star cast to reprise their roles. It would be really very interesting to see Aamir and Madhuri share the screen space after so many years.

Apart from this sequel plans, Indra is currently gearing up for the release of his wildest comedy adventure of the year-‘Total Dhamaal‘. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh in lead roles. The film is all set to hit the marquee on February 22.
