Aamir Khan saddened by SP Balasubrahmanyam’s demise: We have lost one of the most talented artistes of our times

Aamir Khan is saddened to hear the demise of SP Balasubrahmanyam. He offered his heartfelt condolences to the family of the singer. The legendary singer passed away today. He was 74.

He tweeted, “Deeply saddened to hear of the demise of Shri S P Balasubrahmanyam . My heartfelt condolences to the family . We have lost one of the most talented artistes of our times. Rest in Peace sir(sic)”.

The singer was admitted at MGM Healthcare in Chennai since August 5 after he tested positive for coronavirus. The official statement from MGM Healthcare said that despite maximal life support measures, the singer died of a cardio-respiratory arrest. He had tested negative for Covid-19 on September 4.

From Narendra Modi, AR Rahman, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Akshay Kumar to Salman Khan, many condoled the death of the veteran singer.
