Aamir Khan: Because of ‘Sultan’s success, viewers will go to watch ‘Dangal’

Aamir Khan‘s episode of Karan Johar’s ‘Koffee With Karan’ will be airing tonight where the actor will be seen opening up about his upcoming movie, ‘Dangal’ and its comparison with Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan.’

Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’, which too was based on the concept of wrestling proved to be a blockbuster at the box-office. And now that Aamir’s ‘Dangal’ is set to release next Friday, Karan asked Aamir if he is ever insecure about the success that ‘Sultan’ saw and whether it will affect ‘Dangal’s success in any way.

Aamir however claimed that he is not worried since the success of ‘Sultan’ would further help his film. He said, “I am happy that ‘Sultan’ was such a big hit because I believe that actors and our movies get pitted against each other and viewers will go to watch ‘Dangal’ too, if only to compare both the movies!”
