Aamir Khan takes a dig at ‘Bombay Velvet’

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap had set the Christmas release date for his ambitious project ‘Bombay Velvet’. But  when he realized that Rajkumar Hirani too will be releasing his  Aamir starrer, ‘P.K’  on the Christmas week did not go well with the director  and  he made his displeasure public . When Aamir Khan got to know he was pretty miffed with the happenings.

As per sources, On Kangna Ranauts birthday bash Aamir Khan took a dig at at one of the makers of ‘Bombay Velvet’, Madhu Mantena. The two had been good friends during the Ghajini days as Mantena had produced it. He walked up to Mantena and quipped, his voice dripping with sarcasm, “Kya bhai, aaj kal toh tum bade star ban gaye ho. Aur hum to purane actor hokar rahe gaye.”

Sources further added that ,  “Aamir was indirectly taking a potshot at Madhu. He sounded really ticked off, Madhu didn’t know which way to look.”
