Abhishek Bachchan is amazed with people’s curiosity for ‘Housefull 3’

Actor Abhishek Bachchan‘s ‘Housefull 3’ which also stars Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, is soon to hit the theatres. The first two editions of the franchise were super successful and comedy-lovers are keeping their fingers crossed for this one also.

Meanwhile, we caught Abhishek Bachchan talking about all the craze the film has created; and he was as amused as us!

“When I first heard the script, I immediately said yes. When we were prepping to go on the floors was when I started realizing the kind of expectation people had from this film. I am sure you will also be surprised to see that people have so much of expectations from ‘Houseful 3’. But you know, in the past month, the number of people who have asked him when is it releasing, is staggering.  It kind of shocked me; I never imagined people would follow this so much,” the actor said.

“There’s this huge line of audience who are dying to see this film; first in line being my nephews, an avid fan of ‘Housefull’ series. And you know what’s good? It’s a clean good-hearted comedy film. I loved the characters, I loved the story, it had all the elements of being a full dhamaal film,” he added.

His fellow co-stars Riteish Deshmukh and Akshay Kumar have been with the franchise since the first part of ‘Housefull’. Abhishek, as he says, didn’t want to ‘spoil it’ being the new one!

Considering how the last couple of films have not gone well, junior Bachchan has surely put in his best efforts for this one. Let’s see if it turns fruitful!
