Is this Abhishek Bachchan’s look from Anurag Basu’s ‘Life In A Metro’ sequel?

Anurag Basu’s ‘Life In A Metro’ has gone on floors with Abhishek Bachchan. A few pictures from the movie have surfaced on the internet and we get the first look of Abhishek from the movie. The shooting is going on in Chinsurah, West Bengal. In one picture, Abhishek can be seen driving an e-rickshaw. He has donned a shirt with buttons opened up, a pair of jeans and gamcha on his shoulders. He looks quite rustic.

Seeing the pictures, we get a deja vu of Lallan from the movie ‘Yuva’. Abhishek played the role of Lallan, the goon and it was one of the best roles in Abhishek’s career.

There are different stories in the movie, just like what we witnessed in the first part. For the Abhishek Bachchan segment, the story doesn’t need a heroine. Reportedly Aditya Roy Kapur, Taapsee Pannu, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Saif Ali Khan and Rajkummar Rao are roped in for the project. Taapsee Pannu and Aditya Roy Kapur are paired for one of the stories but our source says, “There’s no clarity on the film yet. At this point, shoot has begun but it’s getting derailed at every stage.”
