Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan’s film Chehre became the second film to release in theatres. The film stars Big B and Emraan Hashmi in key roles. And it even features Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D’souza, and Annu Kapoor. The film Chehre has released on Friday, August 27. As the film hit theatres, actor Abhishek Bachchan, son of Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram stories to wish his dad ‘all the best’. The suspense thriller is directed by Rumi Jaffery and produced by Anand Pandit.
Jr Bachchan made the post and mentioned how he is starting his day with the voice of his father, in his name. Abhishek shared a picture of his playlist. The playlist featured the ‘Ganpati Aarti’ sung by Amitabh Bachchan playing in Abhishek’s phone. The Ludo actor said he is starting his day in the name of his father and wished Big B ‘all the best’ for the release of Chehre.

After undergoing surgery recently, it was only recently that Jr Bachchan was discharged from the hospital. Abhishek had injured himself while shooting for a film in Chennai. The actor had made a post after his discharge. Sr Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had visited Abhishek at the hospital. The news of their visit had made it to the headlines.
While the cinema halls in most parts of the country opened recently, Chehre premiered in theatres today. The movie released almost a week after the film Bell Bottom hit theatres. The Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta, Vaani Kapoor, and Huma Qureshi film has been riding high on positive reviews from the audience and critics.
