Drishyam 2 director Abhishek Pathak tied the knot with actress Shivaleeka Oberoi yesterday(February 9) in Goa. The wedding was an intimate affair, attended by their close friends and family members. The couple opted for Manish Malhotra outfits for their special day.

The wedding ceremony was said to be traditional with a modern touch to it. The bride looked gorgeous in red while the groom was his dashing self in white traditional attire.

 On September 24, actress Shivaleeka Oberoi made her relationship with producer-director Abhishek Pathak Insta official with a video posted on social media. During their trip to Cappadocia, Turkey, Abhishek proposed to the actress.

In an interview with TOI, Shivaleeka opened up about their relationship and said, “It hasn’t been very long since we started seeing each other, but when something feels right, it’s right. Abhishek was already shooting for Drishyam 2. We found ways to spend time together despite so many restrictions over the last two years. Our friends could see that we were good for each other. On my birthday, he planned this beautiful surprise for me, without telling any of our friends. The location, the hot-air balloon…it was out of a fairy tale.”

Shivaleeka Oberoi has appeared in films such as Yeh Saali Aashiqui and Khuda Haafiz.
