When Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal recreated their Dad’s pose

Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal have shared screen space in ‘Manmarziyaan’ that is being loved by fans. Junior Bachchan has now taken to his social media handle and shared a two photo collage that has him posing with his ‘Manmarziyaan’ co-star Vicky Kaushal in one while the other has his father Amitabh Bachchan and Vicky’s father, action director Sham Kaushal, sharing the frame.

The actor has used the hashtag #Generations

Amitabh Bachchan and Sham Kaushal have worked together in a number of films and it is truly destiny that now their sons are also sharing screen space in the Anurag Kashyap directorial.

Jointly produced by Aanand L Rai, Vikas Bahl, Vikramaditya Motwane, Madhu Mantena and Anurag Kashyap, ‘Manmarziyaan’ also has the ‘Pink’ star Taapsee Pannu as the female lead. It has been well received at the box office and the movie has minted around Rs 14.33 crore on its opening weekend.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on his Twitter handle and wrote, “#Manmarziyaan has a low weekend… Although the biz saw good growth on Day 2 [45.17%], it didn’t grow much on Day 3 [11.55%]… Weekend biz should’ve been higher due to the popular genre and music… Fri 3.52 cr, Sat 5.11 cr, Sun 5.70 cr. Total: ₹ 14.33 cr. India biz.”

On the work front, Abhishek Bachchan will soon be sharing screen space with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in ‘Gulab Jamun’, whereas Vicky Kaushal will next be seen in ‘Uri’, the film which is based on the surgical attacks that India carried out on Pakistan post the attack on Uri. The movie showcases Vicky Kaushal in the role of the commander-in-chief and also features Yami Gautam.
