Actor and dance trainer Veeru Krishnan of ‘Raja Hindustani’ fame breathed his last on Saturday. Veeru had trained several Bollywood as well as television actresses in Khatak. He popularly remembered for his role in ‘Akele Hum Akele Tum’, ‘Ishq’ and ‘Dulhe Raja’.
Several B-town actresses took to their social media handles to offer condolence on his death.
Veeru had taught Kathak to the likes of Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif to name a few. Expressing her grief over Veeru’s death, Priyanka took to Twitter and wrote, “You taught me to dance when I was two left feet. Your patience and passion for dance was so infectious that each one of us not only learned Kathak, but so much more from you. You will always be remembered Guruji.”
