Actor Rahul Roy of ‘Aashiqui’ fame joined Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP), today, in presence of BJP leader and former Youths Affairs and Sports Minister Vijay Goel.
We learnt of the event from the official Twitter handle of BJP wherein they wrote, “Actor #RahulRoy joins Bharatiya Janata Party in New Delhi. Roy debuted in Bollywood with Mahesh Bhatt’s superhit production ‘Aashiqui’ (1990). His next was ‘Sapne Sajan Ke’ in 1992 for which he was paired opposite Karisma Kapoor. Roy also won the first season of television reality show ‘Bigg Boss’.
