Actor Tiger Shroff’s mother Ayesha Shroff too spied on her business partner? Details inside

Actor Jackie Shroff’s wife and mother of ‘Baaghi 2’ star Tiger Shroff is the latest addition to the ongoing Call Detail Record (CDR) controversy. The Thane crime branch currently investigating the illegal  CDR case has learnt that Ayesha Shroff had illegally sourced CDR of actor Sahil Khan with whom she allegedly has had a dispute. The police are in the process of summoning Ayesha Shroff to record her statement in the case.

“The two were involved in a dispute and she allegedly sourced the CDR of the actor and handed it to her counsel Rizwan Siddiqui,” said Nitin Thakare, Senior Police Inspector, Thane crime branch.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Ayesha Shroff and Sahil Khan were locked in a dispute a few years ago. She had claimed that they had formed a company in 2009 to produce films in partnership and that Khan cheated her of Rs 8 crore. Khan, on his part, had claimed that he was in a relationship with her and had spent most of the money on her, gifting her a car and staying with her. However, she had countered that Khan was gay and it was not possible to have a relationship with him. Later in 2015, both of them had withdrawn cases against each other and the session’s court disposed of cases against them. While Khan had offered an apology on moral grounds for the business losses caused to her, Ayesha, in return, withdrew all the cases that she had filed against him. They agreed that the companies that they had together would be shut and both parties would not level allegations against each other through the media.

Rizwan is presently in the custody of Thane crime branch for allegedly sourcing the CDR of the wife of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

When contacted, Ayesha Shroff, the former actress and model said, “I don’t know anything about this.”

Meanwhile, the Thane crime branch has also claimed that actress Kangana Ranaut had shared the mobile number of actor Hrithik Roshan to her lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui. The police said that since Kangana and Hrithik had a public dispute, they are trying to investigate if the lawyer had also illegally sourced the CDR of the ‘Krish’ star.

“We are investigating it, the mobile number was of Hrithik Roshan and the message was sent by actress Kangana to lawyer Rizwan who represented her. We are not sure if Hrithik’s CDR was procured illegally. The matter is under investigation,” said Thane crime branch inspector Nitin Thakare.
