Adipurush: Kriti Sanon joins Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan as Sita for Bhushan Kumar’s magnum opus; FIRST PICS OUT

Kriti Sanon will be seen playing the role of Sita in Om Raut’s Adipurush starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh. The magnum opus is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s TSeries and is one of the most awaited films. Kriti Sanon today made it official by sharing a picture with Prabhas, Sunny Singh on her Instagram handle. Calling Adipurush, a “special film” Kriti wrote that she is excited to be a part of this magical world. Prabhas too welcomed the duo with the picture. Kriti wrote, “A new journey begins.. #ADIPURUSH ❤️This one is too special.. Proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world.”

On the other hand, Prabhas shared, “Welcoming @kritisanon and @mesunnysingh to the #Adipurush family.” In the picture, Kriti looks resplendent in a traditional outfit. She donned a baby pink coloured Anarkali with an embellished dupatta making for a pretty picture. She kept her makeup minimal and hair curvy for the same. On the other hand, Prabhas donned a bright orange kurta and black jeans. Sunny too wore a kurta in orange shades and pants. We missed Saif in the picture but the actor is currently busy taking care of his newborn with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Meanwhile, a few days back, a massive fire had broken down on the sets on the first day of shoot for Adipurush. The fire was later controlled and no casualties were reported.

Coming to Kriti Sanon, she has a wonderful lineup for the next two years. She was recently in Arunachal Pradesh with Varun Dhawan where they were shooting for Bhediya. Kriti also has Ganapath with Tiger Shroff, Bachchan Pandey with Akshay Kumar, and Mimi in the pipeline. The actresses’ calendars are surely full for the next two years.
