Aditi Rao Hydari and fiance Siddharth steal the limelight as they pose hand-in-hand in their first public appearance post engagement- WATCH

Actors Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth grabbed headlines when they announced their engagement on social media. As they are all out and about, Aditi and Siddharth are making public appearances in full glory. On that note, Aditi and Siddharth arrived together on the red carpet for the special screening of MAMI Select. The couple posed hand-in-hand together during their first public appearance post their engagement.

For the event, the Heeramandi actor wore a black strapless top and black bell-bottom pants. Keeping her makeup minimal and hairdo simple, Aditi was glowing. Now call it the new engagement effect with Sid but she looked beautiful during the red carpet event. On the other hand, the Rang De Basanti actor donned a casual look for the festival. Wearing a simple t-shirt and cargo pants, Sid rounded his look with a denim jacket and sexy sneakers.

Siddharth On ‘Secret’ Engagement

On March 28, Aditi and Siddharth announced their engagement, leaving everyone by storm. Siddharth spoke about his secret engagement at an event held in Chennai (via Hindustan Times). Clarifying that it was private and not secret, the Rang De Basanti actor said, “Many told me we had done this (get engaged) in secret. There’s a big difference between doing something privately with family and in secret. The ones whom we didn’t invite think it’s a secret, but the ones who were there know it was private.”

Talking about their wedding date, Siddharth said, “The wedding date will depend on the elders (of the family) and what they say. It isn’t like a shooting date I can decide on, it’s a lifetime date. It will happen at the right time once they decide.”
