Aditya Narayan APOLOGISES over the road accident, calls it unfortunate

In a shocking turn of events, playback singer Aditya Narayan was detained on Monday at the Versova police station after his car had hit an auto-rickshaw. This accident had injured a passenger and the auto-rickshaw driver.

And now, Aditya has come out with his statement over this issue. The actor-singer said, “It was an unfortunate accident and I feel sorry for what had happened. Soon after the accident, I immediately took the driver and a women passenger in the auto-rickshaw to Kokilaben Hospital where they are recuperating.” (Also Read: Singer Aditya Narayan rams his car into a rickshaw, gets ARRESTED)

According to Aditya, he would be taking care of the medical expenses of the injured people. The lady, a widow, is now better and likely to be discharged today, while the driver of the auto-rickshaw is undergoing treatment and is responding to medical help provided by the hospital.

Zulfikar Memon, Aditya’s lawyer has said in his statement saying, “Aditya has done what any responsible citizen would do. As a family, the Narayans have taken care of the injured person and are looking into the medical needs.”

Aditya Narayan is son of celebrated singer Udit Narayan.
