Aditya Narayan: Shweta Agarwal and my love blossomed after ‘Shaapit’ got completed

Newlyweds Aditya Narayan and Shweta Agarwal recently had a video interaction with us where they spoke about their relationship, wedding and more.

Aditya and Shweta met during the filming of ‘Shaapit’ and the former started liking Shweta. Aditya said, “Initially, I was apprehensive whether to tell her or not as I don’t like to mix my personal life with my professional life. I liked her a lot and we used to meet during the shoot and more I met her, I started liking her more. What got us talking a lot was because of the same vanity van we shared. We used to talk and have tea and that’s how we started becoming good friends.”

He added, “I casually asked her for lunch and dinner (not like date) as we were working together and we should know each other but she used to turn down my offers. One day, my mom randomly asked me after a few months of the shoot if I had taken Shweta for lunch/dinner, I told her that ‘I am trying but she is turning down’. One day, mom asked her to go out with me and then she said yes. Then we went for our first date and it was very boring because we didn’t talk and she didn’t eat anything.”

Aditya said that their love blossomed after the film was completed. “We started doing promotions and once all these were over, then we finally became a couple. Almost for one year, she made me chase her and I also diligently pursued her as I genuinely liked her,” said Aditya.

He further said, “She fell in love with my singing and voice and then byproduct was eventually falling in love with me,” looking at Shweta he asked, “Correct?” to which Shweta smiled and nodded.
