After a lavish house, Kajol spends a whopping Rs 7.64 crore on an office space- deets inside

Celebrities lead a luxurious life and splurge money on lavish entities. While some are fond of assets like cars, they also own multiple properties across the city. This year has definitely been lucky for Ajay Devgn and Kajol as they have invested in multiple properties. After purchasing a luxurious apartment, Kajol has now invested her money in an office space.

Kajol purchases office space

According to reports, the office space has a carpet area of 194.67 sq m and is situated in the Signature Building, Oshiwara, Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. Most Bollywood stars and filmmakers have their offices in this area. The cost of the property is valued at around Rs 7.64 crore. In April, Kajol had previously acquired a luxurious apartment which cost Rs 16.50 crore. The property spans 2,493 square feet and includes four reserved car parking. Her husband and actor Ajay Devgn also made a considerable property purchase recently. He bought five office spaces, which cost a whopping amount of Rs 45.09 crore.

On the work front, the actress made a smashing debut in Digital space with the courtroom drama The Trial: Pyaar, Kanoon, Dhokha. She also appeared in the anthology Lust Stories 2. Apart from this, she is all set to reunite with Dilwale co-star Kriti Sanon for her maiden production venture Teen Patti. The project has gone on floors earlier this month. Reports were rife that the actress has been roped in for Sarzameen which marks Ibrahim Ali Khan’s debut. The actress will reportedly play a crucial role in the film.
