After doing an action-packed film, Vicky Kaushal aspires to do a romantic film

After treating his fans with an action-packed film, Vicky Kaushal now wants to do a romantic film. After the huge box-office success of his film ‘Uri’, the actor has been riding high on the ladder of the success. Post ‘Uri’, the actor (who is quite busy shooting for his upcoming projects) has said that he would love to explore romantic genres now.

Vicky Kaushal is one such actor in Bollywood who has been bagging many accolades for his back-to-back performances in films such as ‘Raazi’, ‘Manmarziyan’, ‘Sanju’, ‘Lover Per Square Foot’, ‘Masaan’ and ‘Uri’ to name a few. The actor, who has already become the heartthrob of the nation, has reached a point in his career where he just wants to explore the romantic genre.

In a recent interview with Deccan Chronicle, Vicky Kaushal said, “I would love to do a romantic film and whenever I get an opportunity, I will do it. Every film has a romantic angle, but at what intensity, I can’t reveal now. But I would like to do it.”

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film. It is a biopic of Sardar Udham Singh which is being helmed by Shoojit Sircar. It is slated to hit the screens on 2nd October next year. The actor also has quite a few interesting projects in his baggage such as ‘Takht’ and ‘Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship’ to name a few.  Both the films are produced under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
