After Amit ji, it’s only Ranbir Kapoor I connect with: Jr NTR showers love on Brahmastra actor

Ranbir Kapoor has floored many people across the world with his acting skills and gathered many fans along the way. It’s not just the common man that feels connected to him and is in awe of his talent, but even his peers and industry folks are spellbound with the charisma he has on screen, and the latest person to join that list is Jr NTR.

The RRR actor is in attendance as a special guest at a promotional event for Brahmastra being held in Hyderabad. The core team of the film, including Ayan Mukerji, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna and Karan Johar are present for the special press conference that also has SS Rajamouli as a guest. At the event, Jr NTR acknowledged his admiration for Ranbir’s work and admitted to jamming on the songs of Rockstar and falling in love with the actor’s performance in the film.

While on stage, the humble actor started by apologising to the media and the audience for the cancellation of an event and while talking about Ranbir, he said, “I have liked many actors in the Hindi film industry but there are very few who have left a mark on me as an actor. I have really enjoyed Amitabh Bachchan sir’s intensity in every film of his. I am a very big fan of his intensity, his voice, his eyes, the way he stood, the way he swung his left hand. Everything about Amit ji was very intense for me and he really created a mark on me as an actor. And after Amit ji, there is one actor which I really connect to and it’s Ranbir. Every film of his has really inspired me as an actor and my most favourite is Rockstar. The intensity that Ranbir had while he was performing his role in Rockstar really left a mark on me. And I should say that he really inspires me as an actor. Everything about him, I really like the intensity in Ranbir too.”

He further addressed Ranbir directly saying, “Ranbir, your journey as an actor doesn’t stop with Brahmastra. You really have to go and search for the Brahmastra of acting and I really pray to God that you achieve all that you want as an actor.”

It’s really heartening to see a great talent admiring another great talent and it has really left the fans of both Jr NTR and Ranbir wanting to see an on screen collaboration between these two great actors happen soon.
