After Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham and wife test positive for COVID 19

John Abraham and his wife Priya are the latest celebrities to test positive for COVID 19. After a spike in COVID cases in the last 15 days globally, many celebs including Arjun Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor among others recently also announced to be COVID positive. John and his wife are currently in self-quarantine and are receiving all the medical attention needed. He announced the same on Instagram and has assured fans of his well-being.

John Abraham wrote, “I came in contact 3 days ago with someone who I later learned had Covid. Priya and I have tested positive for Covid. We have been quarantined at home so haven’t been in contact with anyone else.” The Satyadev Jayate actor further shared that he along with his wife is experiencing mild symptoms. “We are both vaccinated and experienced mild symptoms. Please stay well and healthy. Masks up,” John added.

Recently, even Kareena Kapoor Khan had tested positive for COVID 19 and has recuperated well at home. Nora Fatehi, Mrunal Thakur too have been seeking treatment at home for COVID. Mrunal was in and out on the field to promote her film Jersey. The film, also starring Shahid Kapoor, has been postponed for now, given the spike in COVID 19 cases. In fact, RRR, a film starring Jt NTR, Ram Charan has also been pushed.

On the global level, Messi, BTS members RM and Jin are currently in home quarantine after testing COVID 19 positive. BTS member Suga announced his recovery from COVID on Monday morning.
