Kriti Sanon’s mom shares a note
Kriti’s mom Geeta Sanon shared a post that read, “Jaki rahi bhavna jaisi prabhu murat dekhi tin taisi. Iska arth hai ki achi soch and drishti se dekho toh srishti sundar hi dikhegi. Bhagwan Ram ne humne sikhaya hai ki Shabri ke ber mein uske prem dekho na ki ye ki wo jhuthe the. Insaan ki galtiyo ko nahi uski bhavna samjho (It means if you’ll look with a good mindset, the world will only look beautiful. Lord Ram has taught us to look for love in the berries offered to him by Shabari and not at the fact that they were half eaten. One should not look at a person’s mistakes, but should understand their emotions).”
The actress’ mom wrote in the caption, “जय श्री राम (Jai Shree Ram).”
A few days ago, Kriti Sanon revealed how she’s dealing with the criticism. Kriti, who plays Janaki in Adipurush, shared a bunch of videos of the audiences’ reaction to the film. The videos show people cheering and clappy as they enjoy the film. The actress captioned her post, “Focusing on the cheers and claps! (heart and folded hands emoji) Jai Siya Ram.”
For the uninitiated, Adipurush is inspired by the Hindu epic Ramayana. While Kriti plays Janaki, Prabhas plays Raghava in the film. On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan plays Lankesh, Sunny Singh is seen as Laxman, and Devdatta Nage plays Lord Bajrang.
Adipurush opened on a good note at the box office. The film collected Rs 140 crore on its first day globally. On Day 5, Adipurush performed poorly as it collected Rs 20 crore. Despite negative reviews, the film’s collection now stands at Rs 395 crore globally.
