Janhvi Kapoor, who has been bagging many accolades for her debut film ‘Dhadak’, is also creating quite a buzz with her upcoming films such as ‘RoohiAfza’ and ‘Kargil Girl’. Apparently, the actress is said to have been stuck between two of her upcoming films.
While Janhvi Kapoor’s character from ‘Kargil Girl’ is needed to be a bit healthy, her character in ‘RoohiAfza’ is required to be of a lesser weight. Apparently, the actress (who has been shooting for the first schedule of the Gunjan Saxena’s biopic) has to fluctuate her physique according to the demands of whichever character she is playing.

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, while talking about Janhvi’s workout regimen, her fitness trainer Namrata Purohit informed the daily, “She is working out six days a week. For the first two days, she does EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) – for 25 minutes, and the remaining four days are dedicated to pilates. She has a back injury because of which her training has to be monitored.”
Revealing about her diet, Namrata mentioned that it was loaded with proteins. She said, “Janhvi has a sweet tooth. So, my mother makes these healthy laddoos with jaggery and nuts. Ideally, she is allowed one a day, but she gulps down three of them.”
